What’s Coming In Ultimento 1.1 – Check It Out!

Ultimento 1.1 is in the final testing phase and it is scheduled to be released in the next few days! Ultimento 1.1 will be available for purchase next week and as always the update will be entirely FREE for existing customers!

Ultimento is the best Magento theme ever created. It also includes over 10 premium Magento extensions you won’t find anywhere else. Here’s what’s been said about Ultimento:

New features:

• Added 2 new color schemes as promised!
  • White/minimalistic scheme that I really like.
  • Blue scheme for people who like a slightly richer design while maintaining optimum conversion rates.
  • You can switch from one scheme to the other with a single click in your Magento admin!!
• Added flag functionality for language switcher!
  • Check out the live demo to see how it looks (upper right corner).
  • To enable the flags, all you’ll have to do is use the country code for your Magento Store View code when you create the new Store View in the admin. That country’s flag will automatically show up on the site’s front end!
  • This new script works with all countries and you can display unlimited languages on your store.
  • We’ve also included an alternative code for the Store View switcher for customers who don’t use Store Views for multilingual stores and would rather have a standard drop-down field.
• Super fancy store switcher!
  • Want to run multiple sub-stores on your Ecommerce website? Ultimento’s super fancy store switcher will automatically show up once you add your new store in the admin!
  • On the live demo, we use multiple store setup for the 3 color schemes (click on the switcher button on the right of the logo to see it in action).
  • Note: the fancy store switcher uses modern web technologies (CSS3) that are not supported in older browsers so we’ve also integrated nice alternatives that are automatically used on these old browsers. So the store switcher degrades nicely for all browser

Improvements:

• As always, further improvements in Search Engine Optimization!
  • Better h1 management on the home page (can be set directly from Magento admin)
• As always, further improvements in load speed. This time we reviewed a bunch of files with room for improvement in the code.
• Added alternative code for logo for customers who don’t want to use the combined image.
• Better multi-store management when running Ultimento on multiple stores from the same Magento installation
• Better UI in the admin with added functionality

Bug fixes:

• Ultimento doesn’t have any known bug If you find one… well most likely it’s a misuse of Magento or some other setting issue and you can find the solution on the Ultimento forums!

Remember! These new features and improvements are merely some more icing on the cake.
