Web Design Decision For Website Temple Home Page

I’ve been playing around with the design of Website Temple’s home page, and I thought it’d be interesting to share a few of the variations I came up with for the design of the main Flash element.

I am not looking for a brand new design so the variations are just slightly different. I am looking to see which version will increase the site’s retention rate and conversion rate. Which design do you think will perform best?
