Ultimento 1.2 Is Coming Soon!

Among many other things, Ultimento is the fastest loading Magento theme on the planet. But it’s also the fastest growing Magento product out there!

We recently released the new Ultimento 1.1, quickly followed by Ultimento 1.1.1 and here we are just a couple of weeks later ready to announce Ultimento 1.2!!

For this new release, most of the improvements have been made “behind the scene”, greatly improving the extension’s stability and versatility.

But there’s also a bunch of additional improvements:

• Added source file for a couple of minor design elements that were overlooked in the previous release
• Improved Blue scheme design elements
• Improved 1-click uninstall feature
• Further improvements in the logic for Magento installations running multiple Ultimento stores
• Fixed minor bug with inline translation feature
• Added feature to get Ultimento update notifications directly in the admin (includes on/off option)
• Improved 1-click auto-installer success page for a smoother flow and better usability
• Improved the top navigation design to be more flexible and scale well for stores with many top level categories
• Various improvements in the code looking at the smallest details to improve speed and SEO even further!
• Full compatibility with the new Magento 1.4.2 (which will be released later today)!!
