For the past few years, I’ve been responsible for following up with potential clients who contact our web design company about their web design projects. Being one of the most demanded web design and web development companies out there, we are often flooded with inquiries, and I often end up not having the time to get back to every client. Over time we came up with the perfect email template to use in just that case!

The fact is that most inquiries don’t include enough information about the client’s web design project. That’s why this great email template include specific questions regarding a client’s web design project – but still the questions are general enough that they apply to nearly all web design or web development project.

By using this email template, you’ll kill 2 birds with one stone. Not only will you give the client a serious impression that you are seriously following up with them and inquiring further information about their web design project, but you will also save a lot of time! I apologize for not getting back to you sooner – in order to give every project the attention it deserves we are very careful when it comes to allocating resources, scheduling production, and choosing the right clients and projects. Our goal is to ensure that we continue to provide the highest levels of strategy, execution and client service.

Based on the information you sent us, I believe we could be a great fit for your project. We have extensive experience in design, programming, and web marketing and it seems that our experience, vision and interests are a perfect match for your project. There are four basic factors that we consider when evaluating a new client/project:

1. Type - What type of services are you in need of beyond website design and development? Identity, SEO & Promotion, All of the above?
2. Scope - What is the scope of your project? Though you provided some information regarding the required specifications, if possible please give us more information about the requirements of your project. 3. Timing - What is the desired (or required) launch date for your project? Please also let us know if there is any flexibility with that date.

We have been presented with projects that could have been developed for vastly different budgets, depending on how far the client wanted to push the strategy, creativity, functionality, etc.
